Looking to the Horizon: Planning & Reimagining the Future of Recruiting

New this year, the 2022 ADSO Summit will wrap up on April 1 with a special event hosted by Henry Schein. “Looking to the Horizon: Planning & Reimagining the Future of Recruiting,” will focus on workforce development and community engagement, helping DSOs enhance access to dental care, develop programs and partnerships to attract future dental team members, and recruit new hires from within communities where practices operate.

“We are delighted to participate in the ADSO event, attended by so many of our customers who have mastered the ability to quickly consolidate and make a valuable impact on their community and the patient experience,” said AJ Caffentzis, President, U.S. Dental Distribution, Henry Schein. “At Henry Schein, we continue to deliver new educational opportunities that help advance team skillsets, boost employee morale, and accelerate operational success.”

About the Day

Join leaders from Henry Schein in conversations with members of the academic community to uncover what it is that you should know about today’s dental students’ career goals and perspectives on DSOs. Stick around for the second session to learn how DSOs can uniquely help to advance access to dental care by developing programs and partnerships to attract future dental team members and, in so doing, unlock the untapped workforce potential within the communities they serve. In between the sessions, you can enjoy a snack plus participate in a great CSR activity to benefit the Veteran community (in partnership with Heart to Heart, Int’l).

By hearing the perspectives of today’s dental students, DSO will be well-positioned to understand the unique goals and career objectives of our next generation of young dentists and can ensure their models remain highly attractive to recruit the best and brightest to their organizations.”
