Advocating for DSOs

The strongest voices shaping the future and fostering understanding in the DSO industry are ADSO members.

Working to Educate and Inform

ADSO member companies provide essential administrative support to dental practices but face criticism from those who misunderstand the DSO model or view it as competition. To address these challenges, ADSO has established a robust government affairs structure to educate policymakers on the benefits DSOs bring, including job creation, lower healthcare costs, and improved access to dental care. We encourage collaboration with members, policymakers, and the public to advocate for a favorable environment for DSOs by engaging with elected leaders.

Growth of Legislative Activity

ADSO members play a key role in educating lawmakers about the DSO industry and countering opposition based on misconceptions. DSOs provide non-clinical support that allows dentists to prioritize patient care. As dental regulations often lag behind industry advancements, members and supported dentists are essential advocates for modernizing policies. Join ADSO in engaging with elected officials and policymakers.
